Let’s stop pretending you have nothing to offer. Grab a notebook or a napkin—I don’t care. List every skill you have that you do better than the next person. Are you sharp with words? Good at organizing chaos? Killer at editing video, running ads, or keeping people on task?
You don’t have to be an “expert.” You just need to be one step ahead of the person who needs help. Find ONE skill that’s essential for business growth. Forget “nice to have”—choose the skill people spend real money to solve.
Identify a Hungry Audience
Now, don’t try to sell to everyone. You’ll end up broke and exhausted. Niche down hard. Who would pay right now to get results? Real estate agents who need hot Instagram reels? Gym owners desperate for fresh leads? Course creators drowning in admin? Pick a group that’s already spending to grow.
A huge part of my voice? NO excuses, just answers. Find people whose business depends on the skill you can offer. That’s your target.
Phase 2: Crafting Your Irresistible Offer (Days 8-14)
You’ve got your skill and your niche—now make your offer a no-brainer.
Stop Selling Time—Sell Results
People don’t care about buying your hours, they care about buying an outcome. Instead of, “$20/hour to manage your social,” say, “Give me two weeks, and I’ll deliver five reels, boost your engagement, and get ten new leads—in your inbox. $1,000 flat.”
If your offer is weak or unclear, people will ignore you. If your offer is bold and outcome-driven, people have to notice you.
Put Your Money Where Your Mouth Is
Don’t have testimonials? Create a killer guarantee. “If I don’t deliver [the result], I’ll work for free until you see it.” Scared? You should be. It forces you to deliver. That’s how trust is built—with sweat, not talk.
Phase 3: The Outbound Blitz (Days 15-21)
You’re about to separate yourself from the crowd. Most people try once, get ignored, and quit. Not you.
Master the Cold (But Friendly) DM
You need your offer in front of fifty new people every day. Go where they already hang out—LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook groups, wherever. Send SHORT, personal messages. Example:
“Hey [Name], saw your Insta is fire. Are you looking for more leads this month? I’ve got a proven system that can bring you 3+ new prospects/week. Want to hear more?”
Your DM should be about starting a conversation, not closing the sale. Your goal? Get them on the phone. THAT’S where you close.
Give Value—Before You Get Paid
Want people to trust you? Prove you’re real. Pick your top prospect, audit something that matters to them, then fix it—FREE. Write an email sequence, edit a video, craft a new hook for their service. Send it over and say, “Did this for you—no charge. If you want consistent results like this, let’s chat.” That’s leverage people remember.
Phase 4: Closing + Scaling (Days 22-30)
If you do the work, calls and responses WILL come.
Control the Sales Call
Don’t ramble about yourself. Ask the business owner what’s costing them sleep. Listen hard. When they finish, hit them with: “I get it—and I can solve that. Here’s my plan. Here’s my price.” Then shut up. Let silence do its thing.
Overdeliver. Then Multiply
Your first client isn’t the end; it’s your launchpad. Deliver jaw-dropping results, and do it FAST. Once you’ve wowed them, ask for two things: a quick video testimonial and a referral to one business owner they know. This is how you multiply from one win into many.
The Real Secret: Relentless Action
